Selection Process

Interview. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements will be called for interview.

• Download Application Form from www.echs.gov.in (Employment Opportunities).
• Submit Application (in Duplicate) as per format along with Self-Attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and Work Experiences.
• Submit to: OIC, Station HQs (ECHS Cell), Dharamsala.
• Last date: 27 January 2026 (by 1200 hrs).
• Any application received after 1200 hrs on 27 January 2026 will not be accepted.
• For interview on 30 January 2026 at 0900 hrs at Station HQ Dharamsala, bring all original certificates/mark sheets/degrees, work experience, medical fitness certificate duly signed by CMO/SEMO, character certificate, discharge book, PPO, service records and passport size colour photographs.

General Information / Instructions

• Contractual basis at ECHS Polyclinic Shahpur, Distt Kangra for a period of one year for ESM and 11 months for civil candidates, renewable for additional period subject to performance and other conditions.
• Preference will be given to the Ex-servicemen, Widows and Veer Naris.
• 60% Reservation for ESM.
