- Medical Officer: MBBS with minimum 05 years experience after internship. Preferable additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery.

- DEO/Clerk: Graduate or Class 1 Clerical trade (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years experience.
- Driver: 8th Class or Class-I MT Driver (Armed Forces). Possess Civil Driving License. Minimum 05 years experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate. Minimum 05 years experience in civil/Army health institutions.
- Chowkidar: 8th Class or GD Trade for Armed Forces Personnel.
