Educational Qualification

Junior Faculty

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (minimum 2 years after graduation) in any field with at least 55% marks from a recognized university/institute.
• AND a Diploma (minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Manufacturing / Footwear Technology / Footwear Design & Production / Footwear Production / Accessories Design / Footwear Science & Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
• OR Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Footwear Technology (specialization in Design/Footwear Design and Manufacturing or Production/Product Design/Design/Accessories Design/Fashion Design) with 55% marks.
• Candidate must be well-versed in designing and pattern engineering of various footwear categories (Classic, Sports, Industrial, Safety, Orthopaedic).

Lab Assistant

• 12th Pass or above.
• 1 year relevant experience.

Experience Required

Junior Faculty

• At least 3 years of academic and/or industry experience in footwear assembly (Components / Lasting / Finishing) or in Design.
• Academic experience: teaching at UG degree or higher level in the relevant field.
• Preference: Hands-on experience with 2D/3D design software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Maya, Shoemaster, Crispin, SolidWorks) and production experience in footwear industry.

Lab Assistant

• At least 2-3 years of academic and/or industry experience in footwear designing, manual pattern making, and upper making with demonstration capability.
