Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Senior Technical Examiner (Deputation): Officers under Central/State/UT Government holding analogous post on regular basis, or in Level 11 with five years regular service; Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Technical Examiner (Deputation): Officers under Central/State/UT Government holding analogous post on regular basis, or in Level 10 with three years regular service, Level 8 with five years, or Level 7 with eight years regular service; Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering from a recognized University.
  • Assistant Professor (Medical/Surgical Gastroenterology, Cardiac Anaesthesiology): Recognized medical qualification under Indian Medical Council Act, 1956; Post graduate degree in the concerned super-speciality from an NMC-recognized institution; At least one year teaching/research experience after D.M./M.Ch. (no experience required for three-year D.M./M.Ch.); Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Assistant Professor (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation): Recognized medical qualification under IMC Act, 1956; Post graduate degree in the concerned speciality; At least three years experience as Lecturer or equivalent in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution; Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Biochemist: M.Sc in Bio-chemistry as a principal subject from a recognized University; Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Associate Professor (Medical Surgical Nursing / Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing): Master's Degree in Nursing in the concerned speciality with at least 55% marks or equivalent; Minimum ten years teaching experience after Master's Degree in Nursing (or five years post-Master's with aggregate 10 years teaching in recognized school and college); Knowledge of Konkani.
  • Tutor: Master's Degree in Nursing from a recognized University (or B.Sc Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with three years experience including one year teaching experience in School/College of Nursing); Knowledge of Konkani.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is based on shortlisting of applications where the number of applications received is large, followed by a direct interview.
  • Mere possession of minimum essential qualifications does not guarantee a call for interview.
  • In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with knowledge of Konkani, the requirement can be relaxed by the Government for Group 'A' posts in Professional Colleges and Consultants in the Directorate of Health Services on the recommendation of the Commission.
  • Applications with fee payment made after the last date will be summarily rejected; no refund will be provided.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates called for interview.
