Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Lower Division Clerk

• Essential:
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (10+2) OR All India Council for Technical Education approved Diploma awarded by a recognized State Board of Technical Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of Computer applications/operations with typing speed of 30 words per minute in English.
  • At least one year working experience as an apprentice under the Apprentices Act, or in a Government/Semi-Government/Company/Office/Institute, or in a private establishment with at least 5 employees.
  • Knowledge of Konkani.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi.

Eligibility for Multi-Tasking Staff

• Essential:
  • Passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from a recognized Board OR Passed course conducted by Industrial Training Institute or equivalent qualification in relevant trade.
  • At least one year working experience as an apprentice, or in a Government/Semi-Government/Company/Office/Institute, or in a private establishment with at least 5 employees.
  • Knowledge of Konkani.
  • 15 years Residence/Domicile Certificate in Goa issued by the competent authority.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Marathi and multi-tasking skills including knowledge of operating office machines including computers.

Age Limit

• Not exceeding 45 years.
• Relaxation for Government servants up to five years and for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per Goa State Government rules.

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 500/-
• SC/ST: 50% of the application fee (Rs. 250/-)
• PwD: No fee
