Educational Qualification:
MM Group Leader: Master's Degree in Economics / Agriculture / Social Science / Civil Engg. / MBA with 5 years of Experience in PIM / Irrigation Management / Watershed management / community project
Civil Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of Experience in Irrigation Management / Watershed management (Preferably retired DE / JE in WRD /WCD / ZP)
Agriculture Expert: Agriculture Expert with 3 years experience of relevant field.
Community Mobilizer: MSW / Mass Com./ Any graduate with 3 years experience in PIM / Irrigation Management / Watershed management / community project.
Field Coordinator: HSSC Pass.
Pay Scale:
INR
12000-35000/- Per Month
Age Limit: As Per Rules.

How to Apply:
All the above post needs extensive travelling in the jurisdiction of the project. Travelling allowances will be applicable as per WRD rule. 2. Those who are interested may attend interview personally on Monday, 25/08/2025 at Ekal Center, Gondwana University, MIDC Road Complex Gadchiroli-442605 at 11.30 A.M., with all supporting original documents with their own expenses. No separate TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Merely possessing the required qualification doesn’t mean the automatic selection of candidate(s).

The formation of a new university is therefore a right step in the direction.
The compiled data on overall life of the domain of the university indicates that it has area specific problems like age old poverty, prejudices followed from static mind-sets, directionlessness emerging from traditional ignorance ete. The cumulative effect of all this is a deep chasm between the local populace and the rest of the mainstream society. In brief turning problems in to opportunities forms the real syllabi of the new university.
To translate the above vision in to reality the university has contemplated befitting modalities commensurate with our intended objectives. Same time efforts will also be made to build up motivational strength in the learners so as to in-still in them hope and ambition for self promotion. This certainly is a colossal and formidable task, yet at the same time is a worthy challenge and we have willfully accepted it.
