Educational Qualification:
Worker: Any woman having a Law degree/Masters's in Social Work with at least 3 years of experience working on violence against women issues in a Government or Non-Government project/program. She should be a resident of the local community so that local human resources and expertise are. utilized for affective functioning of the Center.
Multi-Purpose Assistant: Any woman who is literate with at least 3 years of experience working as a helper, peon, etc.
