Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

For IFC Anchor:

• Educational Qualification: Post Graduate degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related subject from a recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of field experience in agriculture and animal husbandry based livelihood work after the educational qualification.
• Alternate Criteria: In case suitable candidates are not available as per the above, a regular Post Graduate degree with 2 years of experience in rural and agriculture related work may be considered.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection will be based on the following stages:
