Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Estimator for Building works (Individual)
- Essential: Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized institution/University.
- Experience: Adequate Knowledge of government SoR and OPDW code. Retired Government Engineers are eligible.
- Desirable: Experience in relevant work shall be given preference. Residence in local jurisdiction shall be given preference.
Eligibility for Estimator for Building works (Firms)
- Essential: Registered Firms.
- Experience: Experience in DPR preparation and estimate preparation.
Salary / Stipend
- The remuneration shall be paid on percentage basis subject to approved project cost on project to project basis subject to approval of competent authority.
- No other allowance or benefits shall be admissible.
Selection Process
- Selection shall be made based on eligibility, experience, and technical competence as assessed by the competent authority.
- The candidate/Firm shall quote the percentage of project cost at which they are willing to engage and the lowest bidder shall be preferred.
- There might be a video conferencing session if necessary under intimation.

- Detailed Bio-data/Resume including contact no.
- Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates.
- Self-attested copy of any government issued ID.
- Experience certificate if any.
- No criminal antecedent declaration as in Annexure-II (for Firm) or Annexure-III (for Individual).
