Educational Qualification: Minimum General educational qualification is SSLC Pass. Retired Official not below the grade of Assistant from the Government of Puducherry.Preferably to be a military pensioner. Must not have completed 3 Years on the last date for application from the date of retirement from the Government of Puducherry services. Must be resident of Puducherry UT.
