Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Ayurveda Doctor

• Essential: MS (Ayurveda) & MD (Ayurveda) - PG Qualification. Registration with Respective Board/Council of the State such as Tamilnadu Board of Indian Medicine.

Eligibility for Special Educator for Behavioural Therapy

• Essential: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Special Education in Intellectual Disability from a UGC-recognized University. Live RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration with a valid number.

Eligibility for Occupational Therapist

• Essential: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university.

Eligibility for Audiometric Assistant

• Essential: One Year Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS) from a RCI recognised Institute. Technical Person with required diploma qualification.

Eligibility for Lab Technician

• Essential: Must have passed Plus-Two Examination. Certificate in Medical Laboratory Technology course (One Year Duration) undergone in any institution recognized by the Director of Medical Education.
• Desirable: Good physique, good vision and capacity to do outdoor work.

Eligibility for Pharmacist

• Essential: Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm). Must have registered with Pharmacy Council Tamil Nadu and must keep the registration alive by renewing it regularly every year.

Eligibility for Staff Nurse

• Essential: Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing from Government or Government Approved Private Nursing Colleges which are recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Must have registered with Tamilnadu Nurses and Midwives Council (Renewal with current date).

Eligibility for ICTC Counsellor

• Essential: Graduate degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing. As per contract, counsellor needs to undergo the integrated induction and refresher training as per NACO Guidelines.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HIV/AIDS.
• Note for Community Candidates: Graduates from any field or diploma in Nursing may be considered if they have minimum 1 year of experience in HIV/AIDS (for those recruited from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS).
• Desirable: Post-graduate degree in Psychology (MA/MSc) or Social Work.

Eligibility for ICTC Lab Technician

• Essential: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from state government-approved institution. As per contract, LT needs to undergo the 5-days induction and 3-days refresher training as per the NACO guidelines.
• Experience: Existing LTs who do not hold DMLT may continue if they have Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have over 5 years of experience working in ICTC.
