Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Relationship Manager

• Essential: MBA in Marketing/Finance from Reputed University. Preferably certified in NISM or equivalent capital market qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Stock broking, Wealth Management, Mutual fund, debt instruments etc.
• Age Limit: 25-35 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Eligibility for Digital Marketing Specialist

• Essential: Graduate preferably in Computer Science/Visual communication.
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years experience in digital marketing, preferably in project-driven organizations running digital campaign, lead generation, Social media ads, Web designing & maintenance, Digital Creatives/allied fields.
• Age Limit: 26-40 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Eligibility for Secretarial Officer-Trainee for Back office

• Essential: Graduation (NISM Certifications preferable).
• Experience: Minimum one year experience in back office (Preferable).
• Age Limit: 21-35 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Eligibility for Dealer - For Stock broking Terminals

• Essential: Graduation with NISM qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum one year experience in dealing.
• Age Limit: 21-35 years (as on 01.01.2026)

Selection Process

The mode of selection is based on the Interview. A screening committee will screen the applications received for the post for identifying eligible candidates. Interview and final selection will be carried out by the Committee of the company.
