• Research Associate – Qualification: Ph.D. in Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Engineering or a relevant discipline. Candidates having research experience during Ph.D. / Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas will be preferred. Candidates having NET and relevant research experience during their Ph.D. will be preferred.
• Research Associate – Experience: Research experience in plant protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, or meat analogues development during Ph.D. / postdoctoral research. Publication record in relevant areas is desirable.
• Technical Assistant – Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing / Biotechnology / Life Science or a relevant discipline.
• Technical Assistant – Experience: Practical experience in laboratory work, sample preparation, analytical techniques, or handling of laboratory equipment will be preferred.
