Eligibility for Police Sub Inspector (Motor Transport)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of 29/01/2026. (Relaxations: Women General +5 years; Reserved Men +5; Reserved Women +10 (max 45); Sports +5 (max 45); Ex-Servicemen service period +3).
• Physical Standards: Men: Height 165/162 cm, Chest 79-84 cm. Women: Height 155/150 cm.

Eligibility for Head Constable Driver Mechanic (Grade-1)

• Essential Qualification: HSC (12th) pass; ITI in Motor Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic/Welder/Auto Electrician; Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License with 3 years experience; RTO endorsement for hazardous goods.
• Age Limit: Maximum 33 years as of 29/01/2026. (Relaxations: Women General +5 years; Reserved Men +5; Reserved Women +10 (max 45); Sports +5 (max 45); Ex-Servicemen service period +3 (max 45); PWD General Men +10 (max 45); PWD General Women +15 (max 45); PWD Reserved Women +20 (max 45)).
• Physical Standards: Men: Height ST Gujarat 162 cm, Others 165 cm; Chest 79 cm deflated, 84 cm inflated. Women: Height ST Gujarat 150 cm, Others 155 cm. Unfit if: Knock knees, pigeon chest, squint, flat feet, varicose veins, etc.

Eligibility for Police Sub Inspector (Wireless)

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor's in Electronics & Communication/Telecom/Electronics Engineering/IT/Computer (4 years) from a recognized university.
• Experience: Serving Technical Operators get +3 years age relaxation.
• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of 29/01/2026. (Relaxations: Women General +5; Reserved Men +5; Reserved Women +10 (max 45); PWD General Men +10 (max 45); PWD General Women +15 (max 45); PWD Reserved Women +20 (max 45); Sports +5 (max 45); Ex-Servicemen service +3 (max 45)).
