Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
Equivalent Disciplines: 38 specializations are considered equivalent, including Construction Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Urban Planning, Highway Engineering, and others.
Mandatory: Basic knowledge of Computer Applications.
Mandatory: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.

Minimum: 18 years.
Maximum: 35 years.

Salary:

First 5 Years: Fixed pay of ₹49,600 per month.
After 5 Years: Regular Pay Matrix Level-7 (₹39,900 – ₹1,26,600).

Selection Procedure: Single-phase Main Written Examination (OMR/CBT), followed by Document Verification and Final Merit List.
