Educational Qualification: MBBS, MS/MD

The University invites applications in prescribed format for the post of Medical Officer on Deputation/ Contract basis:-

1. Post Name: Medical Officer

2. No. of post and mode of recruitment: 01 (Deputation/ Contract)

3. Pay Scale: Pay Level 10 as per 7th CPC (Pre-revised- PB-3 of Rs.15,600-39,100 with GP of Rs.5,400)

4. Eligibility qualifications & experience:

(i) M.D. in an appropriate branch of Medicine with at least 02 years post doctoral experience in a recognized hospital/ dispensary.

(ii) OR M.B.B.S. with minimum 55% marks or equivalent including completion of compulsory rotatary intemship followed by at least 05 years post degree experience in a recognized hospital/ dispensary/ Nursing home.

5. Pay:

(i) For Deputation: As per Govt. rules.

(ii) For Contract: Consolidated fixed salary as per University Rules.

6. Period of Engagement:

(i) Deputation: Initially for a period of two years.

(ii) Contract: Initially for a period of one year; further extendable for one year, based on performance.
