Number of Vacancy: 104 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Dean: An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals /UGC CARE LIST and a total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations July 2018.

Professor: An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals /UGC CARE LIST and a total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations July 2018.

Associate Professor: A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. A Master's Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever the grading system is followed).

Director:
i. M.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Sc. with atleast 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
ii. Ph.D preferably in Science/Engineering/Management with atleast 10 years of experience in placement related activities.
iii. Must have passed Punjabi language upto matric standard.

Assistant Professor:
i) A Good academic record.
ii) A Master's degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in a concerned/relevant/allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.

Director Youth Welfare:
1. At least 2nd Class Master's degree of a recognized Indian University or equivalent.
2. At least five years experience of teaching/organizing youth welfare activities.
3. Aptitude and experience of organizing literary and cultural functions, youth festivals, youth leadership camps, seminars, discussions, other youth programmes etc.

Medical Officer:
i) MBBS.
ii) The candidate should be registered with National Council of India or MCI or State Council. In case of a candidate holding Foreign Degree i.e. from outside India, he/she must attach Equivalency Certificate issued by the MCI, otherwise his/her candidature will not be considered.
iii) Knowledge of Punjabi up to Matric standard is essential.
iv) Preference will be given to the candidates holding postgraduate degree with specialization in Medicine or allied subjects.

Clerk-and-Junior Data Entry Operator: BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/B.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized university/institute with atleast 50% marks or equivalent thereto. OR Graduation with computer science as an elective subject from a recognized university/institute with atleast 50% marks or equivalent thereto. OR Graduation with atleast 50% marks and PGDCA from a recognized university/institute or equivalent thereto. OR B.Tech./BE in any stream with computers science subject(studied atleast in two semesters during the whole duration of the course) from a recognized university/institute with atleast 50% marks or equivalent thereto. OR Master’s degree in computer science/computer application/IT from a recognized university/institute with atleast 50% marks or equivalent thereto.

Security Guard:
1. Ex-Servicemen from Defence Forces/CAPF (Central Armed Police Forces)/ Police only.
2. Matric with Punjabi as one of the subject.
3. Person should have exemplary record of service.

Application Fee: Candidates are required to deposit the prescribed fees (nonrefundable) through online mode only using Credit Card/ Debit card/ Net banking. Application fees for Posts at Sr. No. 1 to 9 will be Rs. 1180/- (including GST) (Rs. 590/-(including GST) for SC/ST & PWD candidates) and for Post at Sr. No. 10 to 11 Rs. 944/-(including GST) (Rs. 472/-(including GST) for SC/ST & PWD candidates). The SC/ST and PWD candidates who are not domiciled in the State of Punjab shall have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1180/- (including GST) for posts at Sr. No. 1 to 9 and Rs. 944/-(including GST) for posts at Sr. No. 10 to 11. The application submitted online mode ONLY shall be accepted and submission of its Hard Copy is also a must.
