Officer on Special Duty (OSD) – 1 Post

• Serving or Retired approved Principals of the affiliated colleges of Punjab State Universities.
• Alternatively, Serving or Retired Professors of Universities.

Assistant Professor (English) – 1 Post

• A good academic record.
• A Master's degree with 55% marks in the concerned, relevant, or allied subject (English).
• Cleared NET / SLET / SET or hold a Ph.D. degree.

Assistant Professor (Punjabi) – 1 Post

• A good academic record.
• A Master's degree with 55% marks in the concerned, relevant, or allied subject (Punjabi).
• Cleared NET / SLET / SET or hold a Ph.D. degree.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Stage 1: Short-listing of eligible candidates based on the prescribed academic and professional qualifications.
• Stage 2: Interview by the University Selection Committee.

Note: The mode of selection is short-listing followed by direct interview. No separate written test has been announced in the current notification. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the selection process.
