4. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Ph.D. Degree in the relevant field.
- Academic Score:
- Minimum 55% marks at the Master’s level.
- 10 Research Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals (UGC CARE LIST).
- Total Research Score of 120 as per UGC Regulations July 2018.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at an equivalent level at University/National Level Institutions. Must have evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates.
Age Relaxation
5% relaxation in marks is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
5. Selection Process
Since this is a Direct Recruitment, there is no written exam. The selection will be based on the following stages:
- Submission of Academic/Research Score Proforma: (For candidates not already working as Professor).
- Submission of Score Card Proforma.
- Submission of Documents: Five sets of bio-data and reprints of five best publications (for external candidates).
- Interview/Selection Committee Evaluation: Based on academic record, research performance, and interview.
