Educational Qualification:
Associate Professor: i) A good academic record, with a Ph.D. Degree in the concerned/allied/relevant disciplines. ii) A Master‘s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale, wherever the grading system is followed).
Professor: An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with, a minimum of 10 research publications in the peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per the criteria given in Annexure-E.
Assistant Librarian: A Master‘s Degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science, or an equivalent professional degree, with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point –scale, wherever the grading system is followed).

Age Limit: Maximum 55 years.
Application Fee: The application fee will be Rs.1000/- (fee of Rs. 250/- for SC/EWS candidates of Haryana) to be submitted in the shape of a demand draft in favor of the Finance Officer, Gurugram University, Gurugram. The women candidates of Haryana domicile are to pay 50% of the requisite fee. The PWD/ESM candidates are exempted from payment of a requisite fee. No concession of the fee is admissible to applicants of other States.
Selection Procedure
