Educational Qualification: CA, ICWA, M.Com

1. Post Name: Assistant - Finance & Accounts (CA/ICWA Inter)

2. Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

a. Identify and validate payments on daily basis. Execute Daily Payment Run in SAP, ensure accurate payment to vendors. 

b. Execute payments to Govt. and regulatory bodies through online portals. Resolve any payment exceptions within 2 working days. 

c. Make refund of vendor retention and security deposit within timelines. Ensure proper deductions / advance adjustments during payment. 

d. Support in fund planning to ensure timely payments. Ensure Remittance Advices are sent within one day of payment. 

e. Execute different payment options electronic/cheques/DD/Letter, as required Ensure statutory compliance of TDS / GST before remittance

f. Liaise with banks & internal stakeholders as required for payment Ensure adherence to Business Process Narrative for processing payments. 

g. Ensure self-development through training programs.

3. Experience: 3 to 5 years

4. Location: Kolkata

5. Competencies Required in Performing the Job:

a. Shared Service and ERP experience preferred Proficiency in Excel / Word 

b. Working knowledge of Bank Payment Processes Working knowledge of GST & TDS Good knowledge of Vendor accounting and Accounts Payables

6. Qualifications: Commerce Graduate with either M. Com (min 50% marks) / CA Inter / ICWA Inter

7. Experience: Around 3 – 5 years of post-qualification experience.

8. Skills and Behavior:

a. Persuasive Communication, both oral and written. Analytical and Systematic thinking ability. Adaptability to various Situations, Quality and Cost Consciousness. 

b. Time management & delivering as per agreed schedule Efficient conflict management and should be a team player.
