Eligibility for Manager (Personnel)

• Essential Qualification: Master of Business Administrator with five years’ experience in Government Department or Public Sector Undertaking or Commercial Organization of repute on the post carrying pay scale not below the pay scale of post of Class-II in the Corporation. Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Experience: Five years’ experience as specified above on a post carrying pay scale not below the pay scale of a Class-II post in the Corporation.
• Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries.
• Reservation: Benefit of reservation is available only to eligible SC, ST, BC-A (Non Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non Creamy Layer), EWS and PwBD category candidates who are residents/domiciles of Haryana State.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 25 years.
• Maximum Age: 45 years on or before 09/02/2026.
• Relaxation in maximum age for various categories is admissible as per Government instructions, generally not exceeding 52 years.
