• Supervisory Staff (Graduate Project Engineer – Chemical): B.E./B.Tech in Chemical from a recognized institution with minimum one year training/experience in factories manufacturing military ammunitions and explosives.
• Skilled Worker (AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant): Matriculation + NAC/NTC issued by NCTVT (NCVT) in AOCP Trade. Feeder trades include IMCP, MMCP, LACP, etc.
