1. Position: General Manager (Finance) in E-6 cadre on Regular Basis

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification & Experience: "Should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 16 years post-professional qualifications experience in a responsible capacity out of which 5 years must have been in a senior managerial position of a manufacturing Unit whose tunover is not less than Rs.500 Crores. Candidate from PSUs should have experience of Working at least for 2 years in the immediate lower pay scale of Rs.32900-3%-58000 (pre- revised IDA scale). Knowledge of SAP is desirable"

1. Position: Finance Manager in E-4 cadre on Regular Basis

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification & Experience: "Should be a Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with 12 years Post-professional qualifications experience in a responsible capacity in a manufacturing Unit. Candidate from PSUS should have experience of working at least for 2 years in the immediate lower pay scale of Rs.24900-3%-50500 (pre-revised IDA scale) Knowledge of SAP is desirable

1. Position: Officer (Accounts) in E- 1 cadre on Fixed Tenure Basis (For 02 years, extendable for further 01 year)

3. Essential Qualification & Experience: "CA ICWA MBA (Finance) from recognized University with one year post qualification experience in line executive work experience, working experience in SAP will be preferred.

1. Position: Deputy Manager (HR& Admn.)in E-3 cadre on Fixed Tenure Basis (For 02 years, extendable for further 01 year)

3. Essential Qualification & Experience: "The incumbent must be Graduate with Post Graduate Degreeor Diploma of 2 years duration in Human Resource Personnel Management/ MBA (HR) /MSW/ MLS MPM / MLL & LW from a recognized university or institute with 10 yrs. post qualification experience in HR functions in an organization of repute. Incumbents must have through understanding about laws pertaining to Labour and employment, modern Human Resources and Organizational Practices. Exposures in regard to Talent/Performance Management, succession planning, Corporate Social responsibility will be an added advantage.

1. Position: Medical Officer in E-1 cadre on Fixed Tenure Basis (For 02 years, extendable for further 01 year)

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification & Experience: "M.B.B.S from recognized University with minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Government| Hospital or equivalent setup. Preference wil be given to those who possess a certificate of Training in Industrial| Health of Minimum of| Three Months duration recognized by the State Govt."
