Deputy Manager (HR & Admin)

Educational Qualification: The incumbent must be “Graduate with Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of 2 years duration in Human Resource/ Personnel Management /MBA(HR) /MLS /MPM /MLL&LW from a recognized University or Institute with 10 years of post-qualification experience in HR functions in an organization of repute. Incumbent must have thorough understanding about laws pertaining to labour and employment, modern human resource and organizational practices. Exposure in regard to talent/ Performance Management, Succession planning, Corporate Social Responsibility will be an added advantage”.

Pay Scale:
INR
24900-50500/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
