Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Officer (Legal Services):
  • Qualification: Graduation in Law (LL.B.) or 5-year integrated dual degree (B.A.LL.B. / B.B.A.LL.B. / B.Com.LL.B. or equivalent) approved/recognised by UGC, AIU, or Bar Council of India.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience (as on 01.11.2026) in the relevant field as either:
    • Law / Legal Officer in the legal department of a Central PSU, State PSU, Central Government Department, State Government Department, University, or Private Limited Company organisation; OR
    • Advocate before any court of law / Tribunal (experience counted only after Bar Council enrolment with valid registration certificate).
  • Relaxation: If insufficient candidates with 2 years experience, candidates with 1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Course Mode: Full-time regular course only. Correspondence, distance, part-time, private study, or off-campus courses are not eligible.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as on 01.11.2026 (born between 01.11.1991 and 31.10.2008).
    Age Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years; OBC (NCL) – 3 years; PwBD (40%+ disability) – 10 years; Ex-Servicemen – as per GOI guidelines.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Step 1 – Shortlisting: Candidates are shortlisted based on qualification and experience as per submitted documents. Management reserves the right to shortlist using methods or criteria it finds suitable.
• Step 2 – Interview: Selection based on marks scored in the interview. Interview date and venue are not specified in the notification and will be communicated separately.
• Step 3 – Document Verification: Candidature is provisional at all stages; originals must be produced when called.
• TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or document verification.
