2. Salary:  Rs. 65000-75000

3. Job Description And Responsibilities:

The Chairman and Managing Director is the Chief Executive of the company and accountable to its Board of Directors and Government/Share holder. He/ she is responsible for the efficient functioning of the company, and for achieving its corporate objectives and performance parameters.

4. Qualification: The applicant should be an Engineering graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Graduate with full time MBA/PGDIM from a leading Institute

5. Experience: The applicant should have experience/exposure at a senior level of management for at least 3 years during the last ten years in chemical/agro inputs, i.e. seeds, fertilizers and agro-chemical industries

6. Duration Of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
