Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Production Assistant

• Essential: ITI – Fitter / Electrician
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in production department of Condom / Oral Contraceptive Pills (OCP) / Sanitary Napkins / any other manufacturing plant or process industry.

Eligibility for Senior Production Assistant (Pharma)

• Essential: Diploma Pharmacy
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in production department of pharmaceutical of any other similar industry.

Eligibility for Officer QC

• Essential: M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Micro Biology
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Laboratory department of production and process industry.

Eligibility for Accounts Officer

• Essential: M.Com
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts activities

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 40 Years (as on 01 January 2026). Age relaxation will be given to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules i.e. 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for written test / skill test / interview as the case may be. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates.
