- 25 years service in Karnataka State Police and retired as Sub Inspector of Police (Grade SI/ASI experience not considered). OR
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCO) from the Army, Navy & Air Force.
Desirable: Sufficient knowledge of Safety and Fire fighting operations.

Maximum 58 years as on 01-06-2026.
