Educational Qualification:
Project Scientific Assistant (B):
1. Full time Science Graduate (B.Sc.) in Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology/ Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry from a recognized University/ Institute with aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
3. 0 to 2 years post qualification experience in the relevant field.
Project Work Assistant:
1. Full time Science Graduate (B.Sc.) in in any stream of Physics, Electronics or Instrumentation from a recognized University/ Institute with aggregate of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
3. 0 to 2 years post qualification experience in the field of Physics, Electronics or Instrumentation.
Clerk Trainee:
1. Graduate from recognized University/ Institute.
2. Knowledge of typing and use of personal computers and applications.
Pay Scale:
INR
22000-62200/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 33 Years.

About Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education Recruitment
The genesis of the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) can be traced to the late 1960's, when some scientists at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) got interested in the problem of improving the quality of science education in the country. These scientists, on a voluntary basis, undertook programmes in the schools of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation and in rural Madhya Pradesh. As the activities grew, a strong need was felt for institutional support, to systematically carry out field projects, do relevant basic research in science education, and to bring out good educational materials.

Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) was established in the year 1974. It is located in Mumbai. HBCSE is a National Centre of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. The goals of the Centre are to promote equity and excellence in science and mathematics education from primary school to undergraduate college level. It carries out - Research and Development, Teacher Orientation and Science Popularisation, and Olympiads and other Students' Nurture Programmes. It carries out Olympiad programmes in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Astronomy. Another major program of the centre is the National Initiative on Undergraduate Science (NIUS).
