For technical and workman roles, focus on Shipbuilding Standards and trade-specific safety protocols. For the Executive Trainee role, prepare for Quantitative Aptitude and technical questions at the ESE/GATE level. Since HCSL is a major player in 'Inland Waterways', familiarity with the Inland Vessels Act 2021 and green shipping trends (Electric/Hydrogen vessels) will give you a significant edge during the interview. Always ensure your experience certificate mentions the exact nature of duties, as HCSL disqualifies candidates with vague job descriptions.
