Educational Qualification
- Projects Discipline: Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks. Desirable: MBA or two-year PG Diploma in Finance.
- Finance Discipline: CA/CMA OR two years full-time MBA/PG Diploma with Finance specialization with minimum 60% marks (except for CA/CMA).

- Assistant General Manager (E-4): 40 years
- Senior Manager (E-3): 35 years

Experience Requirements
- DGM (E-5): Minimum 11 years post-qualification executive experience in relevant sector.
- AGM (E-4): Minimum 7 years experience.
- Senior Manager (E-3): Minimum 5 years experience.

Salary & Perks
