Sub: Filling up the Scientific Cadre posts on deputation basis in Haryana State Pollution Control Board. 1. Position: Scientist 'C' 2. No of Post: 10 3. Pay Scale of the Post: Level-11 Rs. 67700 - 191000 4. Qualification and Experience: Ph.D in Chemistry/ Environmental Science (with degree in Science}]/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ with Seven years experience in the Central Pollution Control Board or any equivalent post in Government. OR M.Sc. in Chemistry/ Environmental Science/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Bio Technology/ Degree in Chemical Engineering in first division with atleast Nine years' service in the Central Pollution Control Board or in Government. 1. Position: Scientist 'B' 2. No of Post: 25 3. Pay Scale of the Post: Level-9 Rs. 53100- 167800 4. Qualification and Experience: M. Sc. in first division in Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences (with degree in Science) / Botany / Micro-Biology / Bio Chemistry or degree in Chemical Engineering. 1. Position: Senior Scientific Assistant 2. No of Post: 07 3. Pay Scale of the Post: Level-6 Rs. 35400 - 112400 4. Qualification and Experience: M.Sc. in the Chemistry/ Environmental Sciences (with degree in Science)/ Micro Biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology Or B. Sc. in first division with one year experience in the lab engaged in Environmental investigation, Testing or Analysis. 1. Position: Junior Scientific Assistant 2. No of Post: 10 3. Pay Scale of the Post: Level-6 Rs. 35400 - 112400 4. Qualification and Experience: B. Sc. in 1st division with Chemistry as one of the subjects.

Selection Procedure
Selection will be Based on Deputation Basis.
How to Apply:
1. Applications of only such officials/candidates will be considered which are routed through proper channel and are accompanied by (i) Bio-Data in the Performa at Annexure-l, (11) Attested copies of ACRS of the last five years, and (i) Certificate to the effect that they are clear from vigilance/disciplinary angle, integrity certificate and a statement showing major/minor penalties imposed in last 10 years, if any.
2. The last date for submission of applications shall be 20th May 2022. No application received after the due date shall be entertained. Incomplete applications or applications received without ACRS will not be accepted.

The Haryana State Pollution Control Board was constituted in the year 1974 vide Haryana Government Notification No. 3677-P.W. IV (4) 74/33298 dated 19.09.1974, after the enactment of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 to preserve the wholesomeness of water. Subsequently, with the enactment of other environmental laws, the responsibility to implement the provisions of such laws was also entrusted to the Haryana State Pollution Control Board in the State of Haryana.
