Data Manager and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 11 Posts

Educational Qualification:
1. Senior Research Scientist (No. of positions-1): PhD with extensive laboratory experience and an exceptional publication record who will oversee the entire project entailing both genomics, immunology and virology themes. The candidate needs to have expertise in virology (dengue and Zika), immunology, NGS, data analysis and staff management. The candidate will also be responsible for working with the clinical sites and integrating all the data into the biorepository management system.

2. Research Scientist (No. of positions-2): A PhD with relevant experience and high-quality publication records in virology, immunology and NGS is required. The proposed project will require the processing, sequencing, and analysis of a large number of clinical samples to study viruses.

3. Postdoctoral Research Associate (No. of positions-1): A PhD with experience in immunology and virology is required. Experience in NGS is desirable.

4. Research Fellow (No. of positions-1): A Masters with experience in immunology and virology is required. Experience in NGS is desirable.

5. Administrative consultant (No. of positions-1): A graduate with experience in research operations and managing complex logistics to ensure compliance with project deadlines.

6. Data manager (No. of positions-1): A graduate with experience in collection and analysis of a large number of clinical samples for whole-genome sequencing and immunology. The position requires maintaining data integrity, facilitating efficient data analysis, and ensuring compliance with data-sharing regulations.

19900-81100/- Per Month
