Educational Qualification:
- Senior Project Scientist: Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field OR M.Tech. with first class/equivalent and six years of relevant experience.
- Project Associate I: Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Data Science, or related field.
Experience (Essential):
- Sr. Project Scientist (Pos. #1): Proven experience with AI for biological dataset classification; designing, training, and validating AI/ML architectures (Deep Learning, GNNs, Transformers) for biological sequences, structural biology, or clinical datasets; maintaining code repositories (GitHub/GitLab) and contributing to peer-reviewed publications.
- Sr. Project Scientist (Pos. #2): Proven experience in omics data analysis (single-cell and bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, spatial omics, proteomics, metabolomics, genomics, imaging, or clinical data). Strong proficiency in Python and R/MATLAB, with hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning applied to biological data.
- Project Associate I: Experience working on bioinformatics or computational biology projects.
Skills:AI/ML, deep learning, data mining, omics data analysis, Python, R/MATLAB, GitHub/GitLab, strong communication skills.
