Educational Qualification:
- Audit – Information System (IS): B.Tech/BE in IT/Electronics/Computer Science/related fields OR M.Sc. (IT/CS)/MCA/related OR Science Graduate with CISA certification. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, DISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CEH, GIAC.
- Infrastructure Management (IMD) – Premises: B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
- Legal: Graduation in Law.
- Security Officer: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
- Audit – IS (AGM Grade C): Min 7 years as officer in BFSI/IT/InfoSec, incl. 4 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
- Audit – IS (Manager Grade B): Min 4 years as officer, incl. 2 years in IS Audit/Cyber Security Audit.
- IMD – Premises (DGM Grade D): Min 10 years in BFSI/Large Corporates/Infrastructure/PSU, incl. 7 years in engineering activities.
- IMD – Premises (Manager Grade B): Min 4 years, incl. 2 years in engineering activities.
- Legal (DGM Grade D): Min 10 years, incl. 7 years as law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government or as practicing advocate.
- Legal (Manager Grade B): Min 4 years, incl. 2 years as law officer in BFSI/ARC/Government or as practicing advocate.
- Security Officer (Manager Grade B): Min 4 years of Commissioned Service (not below Captain/equivalent) in Armed Forces/Police/Paramilitary Forces.
Skills:As per the functional area (e.g., IS Audit, Cyber Security, Civil/Electrical Engineering, Legal practice, Security Management).
Salary:
Pay Scale: DGM (Grade D): Rs. 102300-120940; AGM (Grade C): Rs. 85920-105280; Manager (Grade B): Rs. 64820-93960. Approx. gross emolument in metro cities: DGM – Rs. 2,04,000; AGM – Rs. 1,69,000; Manager – Rs. 1,29,000 per month, plus allowances and Performance Linked Variable Pay.
Age Limit: As on 01.07.2026: DGM (Grade D): 35-45 years; AGM (Grade C): 28-40 years; Manager (Grade B): 25-35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST (5 yrs), OBC (3 yrs), PwBD (10 yrs), Ex-Servicemen (5 yrs), 1984 riot affected (5 yrs).

Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI).
Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
