Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- For Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – TEJAS:
- Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, Technology, or Science, or equivalent, with good academic record.

- Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions.
- Demonstrated experience in areas such as leading incubators, venture capital, fundraising, innovation ecosystems, or enterprise founding.
- Proven record of institutional relationship-building.
- For Project Manager - Venture Growth & Impact:
- Master's Degree in Management, Engineering, or Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in incubation, venture building, startup advisory, etc.
- Exposure to business model validation, MVP development, customer acquisition, and funding readiness.
- Proficiency in tracking milestones and preparing impact reports.
