Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- Essential: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent; 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates. OR B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent.
- Experience: For the SRF position, a minimum of two years of research experience in the VLSI domain is mandatory.
- Desirable: Candidates having experience on Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys etc. will be given preference. Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. qualification.
