Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and conducting field visits for documentation of intangible and built heritage of tribal/indigenous communities.
- Support data collection through interviews, oral histories, participatory observation, and photographic/audio-visual documentation.
- Transcribe, translate, and organize field data, and assist in preparing field notes and reports.
- Support the Team Manager and research team in the review and analysis of collected qualitative data.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation for submission to the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
- Coordinate with community members, local stakeholders, and project staff during field engagements.
- Support data entry, cataloguing, and uploading of documented material to the project archive/portal, in coordination with the Archive Manager.
- Undertake any other project-related research or administrative tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
