Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 5.0 on a 10.00 scale; OR Engineering Diploma in the same disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate or a CGPA of 5.0 on a 10.00 point scale; OR Senior secondary (10+2) from a recognized board with at least 50% marks and an ITI Course of one year or higher duration in the specified engineering trades; OR Secondary (10) with at least 60% marks and an ITI Certificate of 2 years duration in the specified engineering trades.
- Computer Knowledge: Good knowledge of computer applications (emails, word processing, spreadsheet, presentations software, and OS like MS-Windows).
- Experience (Required): 6 months, preferably in a Tinkering Lab or similar environment.
- Desirable Experience: 1 year or more in a Tinkering Lab or similar environment.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process consists of the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview or trade test. Fulfilling minimum qualifications does not ensure shortlisting, and higher criteria may be adopted to call a reasonable number of candidates.
- Trade Test / Interview: Candidates must bring all original documents for verification during the Trade Test/Interaction; without original certificates, candidates will not be entertained.
Note: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates called for the trade test/interview.
