Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow

• Essential Qualification: First Class B.Tech with valid GATE qualification in Civil Engineering OR M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering with First Class at graduate and postgraduate levels from a recognized University or equivalent.
• Desired Experience:
  • Working knowledge in interdisciplinary fields of civil & infrastructure engineering.
  • Innovative pavement materials (asphalt-rubber, polymers, fibers).
  • Advanced materials characterization techniques (FTIR, XRD, SEM, DSC).
  • Roadway construction and quality control.
  • Vehicle-pavement interaction.
  • Pavement condition assessment and evaluation.
  • Numerical modeling and analysis.
  • Must be willing to work efficiently in a team environment, self-motivated, and work under challenging research conditions.
  • Must have mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have strengths in critical thinking, innovative outlook, hypothesis development, and troubleshooting.
  • Must be committed to results and organization.
  • Must demonstrate highest work ethics and management skills.
  • Must be willing to travel for site visits and roadway construction purposes.
• Age Limit: 30 Years (Age may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
