Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Senior Project Associate / Project Scientist I
- Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University.
- Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.
- Desirable Skills:
- Expertise in civil and infrastructure engineering, specifically innovative pavement materials (asphalt-rubber, polymers, fibers).
- Proficiency in advanced materials characterization techniques (Asphalt binder rheology, FTIR, XRD, SEM, DSC).
- Knowledge of roadway construction, quality control, vehicle-pavement interaction, and pavement condition assessment.
- Ability to perform numerical modeling and analysis.
- Experience in mentoring students and writing research proposals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under challenging research conditions.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
