Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Senior Project Associate / Project Scientist I

  • Essential Qualification: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) in Engineering or Technology from a recognized University.
  • Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Expertise in civil and infrastructure engineering, specifically innovative pavement materials (asphalt-rubber, polymers, fibers).
    • Proficiency in advanced materials characterization techniques (Asphalt binder rheology, FTIR, XRD, SEM, DSC).
    • Knowledge of roadway construction, quality control, vehicle-pavement interaction, and pavement condition assessment.
    • Ability to perform numerical modeling and analysis.
    • Experience in mentoring students and writing research proposals.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work under challenging research conditions.
  • Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
