1. Position: IT Support (SFMS) (L1)

2. Checking of Previous day operations of NEFT/RTGS and sending T-1 reports to stakeholders. Health monitoring of logs, Database, Space & replication, and reporting to Bank. Housekeeping of SFMS i.e., archive process and log export. Batch monitoring of NEFT transactions and first level troubleshooting in case of issues.

a) Monitoring of transaction posting. Maintaining downtime logs and incidents. To work closely with CPC team for resolution of outstanding transactions. To troubleshoot end user access to SFMS portal. To Co-ordinate with IFTAS and SFMS helpdesk. To apply and test upgradation patches from SFMS/ other internal patches. To monitor the network connectivity of application. To perform DR for the SFMS application.

3. Exp 1-2 years

4. The role have to follow the Bank (Client) office timings , holiday calendar as per location , Bank’s working days i.e. Monday to Saturday except for 2nd and 4th Saturday. For 24x7 shift operations the shift timings would be as decided by the bank
