Educational Qualification:
i. Qualified Company Secretary having Associate/Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
ii. Three years relevant post qualification work experience in the Govt./State Govt./CPSE/Autonomous Body. Desirable Bachelor degree in Law (LLB three or five year’s integrated course) from Government recognised Institute/University.
