ICFRE Invites Application for 5 Financial Advisor, Accounts Officer Recruitment 2022

Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE), an autonomous body of the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Govt. of India, invites application from amongst the eligible officers under Central Government/ State Government/ Public Sector undertakings/ Autonomous bodies/ Statutory organizations for filling up one post of Financial Advisor [at ICFRE Hqrs., Dehradun] and four (4) posts of Accounts Officer (01 each at AFRI, Jodhpur, IFGTB, Coimbatore, FRI Dehradun and ICFRE HQ) on deputation including short term contract in the Pay Level 13 and Pay Level 8 respectively of 7th CPC Pay Matrix plus usual allowances as admissible under rules in ICFRE.

1. Position: Financial Advisor

2. No of Post: 01

3. Pay: Pay Level 13 and Pay Level 8 respectively of 7th CPC Pay Matrix plus usual allowances as admissible under rules in ICFRE.

4. Eligibility: For Financial Advisor An Indian Audit and Accounts service officer having 13 yeafs experience with respect to year of allotment OR An officer of sub-ordinate Accounts service under Government of India having 16 years experience, including at least 10 years in the Pay Scale at Level 1l of 7" CPC pay Matrix. OR Fellow of Institute of Cost/ Chartered Accountant of India or equivalent degree with 10 years experience in audit and accounts and budget in Government / Semi Government/ Autonomous Organizations / Public Sector Undertaking / Government Bank or Insurance Company.

1. Position: Accounts Officer

2. No of Post: 04

3. Pay: Pay Level 13 and Pay Level 8 respectively of 7th CPC Pay Matrix plus usual allowances as admissible under rules in ICFRE.

4. Eligibility: 

a) For Accounts Officer: Officers of Central Government / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings possessing Bachelor Degree from a recognized University and holding analogous posts. OR Section Officer working in the pay scale at Level-7 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix having 02 years regular service and experience of 02 years of Accounting work and having certificate from Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM)D OR

b) Having knowledge of cash & account with a certificate from Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) in this regard and 06 year regular service in the pay scale at Level-6 of 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

5. Tenure: The tenure shall ordinarily be 3 years or till superannuation, whichever is earlier. The tenure is, however, liable to be terminable at an earlier date or extendable at the discretion of appointing authority/cadre controlling authority
