Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Degree: Law graduate from a University/Institution recognized by the UGC.
  • Registration: Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of the State where practicing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dealing with Civil/Service/Labor Arbitration cases.
  • Drafting: Exposure to drafting of Agreements, MoUs, Deeds, and other legal documents is mandatory.
