Recruitment of “ Director (Operations) on Contract Basis ”
1. Post Name: Director (Operations)
2. No of Post: 01
3. Job Profile:
a) Overall responsible for the operational activities of the Institute by co-ordinating with the operational functions viz. HR & Admin, Accounts, Finance & Compliance and Information Technology.
b) To achieve and deliver the highest operational standards across all operational activities of the Institute to provide members with quality services
c) Design and execute development plans
d) Handle administrative matters of Governing Council / Executive Committee
e) Preparation of agenda and other related documents for the Governing Council / Executive Committee meetings
f) Recognise and devise Information Technology process improvements.
g) Participate in the development of the annual business plan and budget and monitor and report to CEO.
h) Responsible for the achievement of operational department’s productivity
i) Coordinate the CSR activities of the Institute
j) Planning budgeting, performance monitoring of departments, coordinating with various Auditors for audit and compliance.
4. Qualifications: Essential: Graduate with a flair for Administration, HR, Accounts
5. Desirable: MBA/PGDBA/CA/ICWA/LLB
6. Experience: Essential: Should have worked in Deputy General Manager and above position in a bank/financial institution / Head of Operation in a University or reputed Educational Institution for a minimum period of three years
7. Desirable: Experience as Zonal / Regional Head of a bank/financial institution
8. Contract Term:
a) Three years. The contract will be further extended up to the age of 65 years depending upon the requirement/performance.
b) The contract may be terminated with a notice period of three months from either side.
9. Remuneration: Rs. 1,50,000/- per month with an increase of Rs. 10,000/- per annum. (All-inclusive, TDS as applicable). 15 days leave in a year. (Not encashable nor can be carried forward).
Pay Scale: INR 150000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Not less than 55 years and not more than 61 years as on 31.1.2022
Selection Procedure
1. Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for personal interview before the selection committee at the Institute’s Corporate Office at Mumbai.
2. Institute reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for personal interview and its decision will be final in the matter.
