Educational Qualification: M.A, MBA/PGDM
1. Name of the Post: Research Associate
2. No of Post: 01
3. Educational Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Statistics/Business Management/Finance/Economics with minimum 60% marks.
4. Desirable:
a) Experience in the area of Econometrics/ Quantitative techniques/ Data analysis/ Banking.
b) Familiarity with research software (e.g. SPSS/ Stata / Eviews / MATLAB / R / Gauss).
c) Published high index research papers.
d) Should have understanding & knowledge of regulatory guidelines in the area of Banking & Finance.
e) Qualified UGC’s Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) from subjects like Economics/ Management/Commerce
5. Emoluments:
a) Emoluments will be in the scale of Rs. 40900-3150/18-97600. DA, HRA, and allowances for conveyance, telephone, medical, LFC, Group Medical Insurance etc. will be as per rules in force from time to time. At present total initial package including salary and other perquisites will be approximately Rs. 9 Lakhs (Nine Lakhs) per annum on cost to company basis.
b) In addition, Institute will also provide the leased accommodation facility as per the rules in force from time to time.
c) In case of very deserving candidate Institute may consider offering advance increment.

Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates will have to appear for personal interview before the selection committee at the Institute’s Corporate Office at Mumbai. Outstation candidate will be reimbursed AC-2 tier to and fro train fares (shortest route). Satisfactory medical fitness as per Institute’s specification will be a pre-requisite.
