Skills / Eligibility
Advertisement for Engagement of Administrative Assistant on contractual basis. 1. Position: Administrative Assistant 2. No of Post: 3 3. Essential Educational Qualification & Experience: a. The candidates must have a Graduate Degree in Arts/Commerce/Science with at least 50% marks. Candidates having post graduation qualification shall be desirable. Good command over English language (both written and spoken) as well as minimum 03 years experience of working as an Assistant in Government/ Autonomous/ Statutory Body shall be desirable. b. The applicant must have day to day working functioning of office and knowledge of computer application and packages. The candidate should posses sound knowledge of General Financial Rules (GFR- 2017) applicable in Government/ Autonomous institutions, purchase procedures, GeM, etc 4. Job Profile: To assist in administrative work for smooth functioning of different academic as well as administrative activities and to be the interface between the students, faculty members and administration. The candidate must exhibit capability to adhere to strict timelines and discipline. 5. Tenure: The appointment will be purely on contract basis initially for a period of one year. The tenure can be extended further depending upon performance of the candidates and requirement of the institute. 6. Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- consolidated amount per month (all inclusive). The selected candidates shall be required to join the duty immediately

The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established in 1963 as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry to contribute in the skill building for the external trade sector of India. It offers research and training in international business and trade. The Institute was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. Indian Institute of Foreign Trade was established in the year 1963. The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) was established to help professionalize the country's foreign trade management and increase exports. It offers program in Master of Business Administration in International Business (MBA-IB). It is the only institute among the top-10 business schools of India that offers this program.
