Educational Qualification: : The candidate should be a Post Graduate in any discipline
preferably in Economics/International Business/ Management or related discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA and good academic record throughout

It offers research and training in international business and trade. The Institute was granted “Deemed to be University” status in 2002. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has recognized IIFT as Grade ‘A’ Institution in 2005 as well as in 2015.
